Sylvester Di Diego is a professional management consultant, strategy/innovation facilitator and implementation specialist. Sylvester has been creating new businesses, financing corporate and new ventures, repositioning businesses, and turning around promising relationships, organizations and businesses of all sizes and in many sectors for over 25 years. Sylvester has served as staff to Chairman, Presidents and Corporate Investment Boards of Fortune 1000 companies, been a global manager with P/L responsibilities and advised hundreds of businesses ranging in size from $3 million to $1 billion in revenue - as well as entrepreneurs and incubator tenants, especially for science and technology based businesses.

Prior to founding Strategy Dynamix, LLC in 2001, Sylvester held leadership roles for 17 years in Americas and Asia with Mitsubishi Corporation (a global $100+ Billion trading, investment and consulting company)  and for 2 years in USA and Japan with Scient Corporation (an accelerator and strategy, technology and customer experience consultancy - a pioneer in digitizing businesses and creating collaborative online networks).  

Sylvester has a BA from Harvard University and was awarded a Harvard University-Michael Clarke Rockefeller Graduate Fellowship to Japan.

Based on the free initial consultation the professional fee will be quoted separately and will include a pre-consult by phone to understand your requirements and desired outcomes, the facilitated two day sessions, continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments. (Note: Fee does not include hotel room stay nor transportation expenses.)

LOCATION:

Morristown, New Jersey (near New York City) includes numerous on site and nearby hotel options and 77 local restaurants – most within walking distance from the venue.
